Characteristics of PE Pipe Production Line

1. Suitable for all kings of polyene material;
2. Especially suitable for making gas pipe, water supply pipe, cable laying and sewer pipe,  etc;
3. Different auxiliary machines are matched for different screw diameters such as  30mm, 45mm, 65mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm and 150mm;
4. Both normal type and PLC micro computer controlled systen are available;
5. Length/diameter ratio can be changed according to requirements(suitable between 25: 1 and 36: 1 );
6. Specially-designed screw and high-torque decelerator as well as high power DC motor ensure good mixture of material and high out put;
7. Hauling and cutting system of different specifications are matched according to different pipe diameters.
