Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line(double wall)
Charaters
It is fully computer controlled automatic production line(diameter 200mm-600mm). It has features of high efficenecy, stable output and convenient operation. Different kinds of extruders can be used according to different raw material. Fox example, single screw extruder should be equipped for HDPE while twin-screw extruder is used for PVC pipes.
Calibrating system of this line consists of moulds and corrugator. The mould blocks can be easily changed for pipes of different diameters. The production line can be equipped with Siemens control system.
