Characteristics of Plastic-Aluminum-Plastic Pipe Extrusion Machine
Production line for diameter from 20-63mm PPR-AL-PPR pipes and PE/PEX/PERT/-AL-PE/PEX/PERT pipes manufactured by Fosita is properly designed, easy to operate and of high degree of automatization.
Extruder: it has adopted speed regulating system from famous brand. Shield type two grades mixing PPR special screw is adopted.
Vacuum Calibrator: it has adopted vacuum negative pressure calibrating and circulating water cooling. The calibrating and cooling system is made of stainless steel.
Haul-off Unit: it has adopted pneumatic gripping and the famous brand name frequency inverter.
Mould Part: it has adopted perfect molding and compounding technology which guarantees perfect combination of pipes.
