PPR Pipe Production Line

The line is based on the latest German technology. It is designed for the extrusion of PPR & PPB pipes.
Extruder is specially designed for PPR & PPB pipes,equipped with imported reducer,grooved feed bush, BM screw which allows great output,lower melting temp.and lower energy consumption.
Mould & Die co-extrusion spiral die assures adequate crisscrossed material flow,and more even intermal pressure distribution and a static mixing system for option.
Calibrators stable vacuum cali-brating and optimum cooling result thanks to the special design and multi-section water membrane cooling which meets the requirement of thicker wall pipe or larger diameter pipe estrusion with high speed.
Quality components reducer of extruder,DC speed regulator,frequency converter,PLC control system and jet printer are all imported from abroad with the world famous brands.
High-Automation PLC system equipped with touch screen and fault alarm function providing a fine man machine interaction.
Flexible co-extrusion for color tag line and on line thickness measuring and control system for your option.
Multi-function by adopting different die & screw, the line can be used for PE,PB,ABS,PP and PEX pipes extrusion.
