Double-PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
This production line is developed basing on the advanced technology of west Europe. SJSZ51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruders are used as main machines. Then, equipped with double-pipe single control stainless steel spray cooling tank, which avoids a waste condition when one pipe is adjusted while the other is affected. The automatic single control double-pipe haul-off unit and cutter are equipped with front shaping technology to make operation more flexible. The diameter range of this line is from 20mm to 63mm. Extruder capacity can be made full use of, thus high output is available even producing very small pipes.
